The only reason why we, as a military, were unprepared for a 20, two front conflict before 9/11 was because the Intel on AQ/Taliban, and Bin Laden was being kept from us by th le Clowns. If you didn't pay attention to the numerous messages coming out about AQ, which most units weren't privy to, you had no idea AQ was even a thing, much less the Taliban.

Anyway, this reads more like a plan for a year up toward eventual conflict with CCP forces, than it does a Family Readiness Plan.
