Yes, that is what I first heard as well - from him. Didn't save the video clip as he was speaking about another topic at the time and mentioned this offhandedly.

There is another thread where this is briefly discussed. Some are saying that the worm caused this / RFK jr is saying this. V clips are attached in this thread. I haven't taken the time to watch, yet.
