I very much appreciated Trump’s willingness to step aside and let RFK, Jr. speak. It was so refreshing to hear his rational words and his desire to work with Trump to better our country. There was mutual respect on display and it was beautiful to watch. I would love to see more rallies with Trump, Vance and RFK, Jr. each speaking about what they want to achieve to improve the lives of Americans.

What Republicans should understand is that Trump is a John F Kennedy Democrat. That kind of Democrat has gone extinct as RFK Jr has just proven.
Trump knew already that the Democrat Party was so corrupt they would not support him even though he was a JFK Democrat. He and the whitehats understood that he had to take over the Republican Pretender Party to have a chance at winning.
FwIW I was only a kid when JFK was President. In 6th grade when he was assassinated. The entire country loved him and his family.
I didn’t even know what party my parents were in at the time (Republican). But we never knew they were on opposite sides of the political party. We all loved JFK and were terribly sad after he died
