They also have a ridiculously customer friendly return policy.

The REI in Asheville has an area with all the discounted returns. Last time I was there, I saw 2 of those battery power stations the size of a carryon bag, original price around $2k. A couple Asheville type assholes bought them for a trip or event, used them, then returned them and got their money back.
