I just watched an old Johnny Carsen show with Governor Reagan and they discussed this very thing. Two parties work, but only if there is an informed and active electorate, according to Reagan. I agree. Without participation in the Republic, there's a vacuum that gets filled up with all sorts of evil. We saw it then and we're seeing it now.
