Individual Ukes who own property in the burbs should have drilled a well, stocked up on some heating supplies for the coming winter and figured out how to pump the well with some solar pumps. They are going to have a very hard time this winter without electricity or water. But, such is life in a war zone. I fear Putin will begin ramping up the attacks due to the incursians by the Ukes over the past couple of weeks. Plus, I bet the deep state is wanting to kick off some bigger conflicts within this war theater. Gotta keep the money pouring in.

Where does the average Ukrainian come up with $20-30K to do all this?
I dug my own well in my polebarn to water my wifes animals. I bought a handpump for less than 50 dollars. Its not hard to dig your own well.
I guess it depends on how deep the water table is? Mine is only 80 ft deep. But if you have to go hundreds of feet it gets really expensive.
