so either

A) Mayorkas lied under oath and zuckerberg is telling the truth or
B) Zuckerberg lied in his letter to congress to save his own ass.

Either way, zuck clearly thinks there's going to be a major DC shakeup in nov, and he's maneuvering to line up his company on what he thinks is the winning side...
