I’ll try to find a non-Insta link. But I immediately thought that he was giving us a message. ravens are incredibly intelligent.
Here was the first link I found:

Getting them to eat out of my hand !!
On a different note I had two ravens that would come to my house and sit on my step with me. I fed them every day, they were the sweetest birds , they’re so gentle, but the crows are vicious and they used to beat the heck out of them and they tried to fight them off but couldn’t . They started hiding in the bushes near my house trying to find safety from the crows, they would Cawl to me to let me know they were there . I would go to them and feed them but the crows started divebombing them into the bushes , they finally left , it was very sad they were very sweet and they are very gentle and easy to tame .
This is an incredible story. but also so sad. I hate crows 😡
And BTW thank you , it was incredible to have them with me they would jump right on my legs as I sat on my steps , they really are gentle and sweet and smart but they do get brutalized by crows
We have magpies who visit and comment loudly about our doings in the garden. There is pair right now having a conversation. They are piebald cousins of ravens.
I’ll need to look up magpies , I do know they are talkers, hence the expression .
Magapies?!?
