Ty. This is an update of a previous post where I was tracking only 3 paths. The SCOTUS remedy appears to be a real option in the event of NO ELECTION for whatever reason, so I added it.

There is some evidence that in a “state of war” or “foreign invasion”, the US Republic military has jurisdiction over civilian courts including SCOTUS. This may manifest as a “supervisory role to ensure protection of the Republic” rather than a direct, obvious, public display, especially during the Nov-Jan “transition period” where the US military appears to have “elevated Constitutional authority” of some kind. It is possible that there is a US Corp military AND a US Republic military both operating simultaneously.
