There was a story awhile back that a bodybuilding contest promoter shut down the female bodybuilding contest they were running.

The reason was that when females take large amounts of testosterone, their personalities change. In this case, they talked about massive sex drive that ruined their lives, but I would not be surprised if there were more problems that were not revealed in the story.
