The one thing that we should note is that the article asks is why there isn't any Presidential seal? It is behind Biden and to his right. Otherwise, there are red flags everywhere including the fact that this is a movie set.

There are several. We start with the fake set which includes a wall that doesn't even reach the ceiling. Then we have the wrinkled flags. And finally there is the comically small desk. Keep in mind that this is a type of event that President Trump would hold in the oval office.
Even if you don't like the decor, why is that "a red flag."

You forgot to attack the winkles on the flags. They are similar to the wrinkled flag on No Name's casket.

I am guessing when President Trump used that room, he was conditioning the press for use by the next President because he knew it would be Joe Biden, and he would get in via election fraud.
That flag is not the presidential seal. It lacks the gold ring around it featuring the words SEAL OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES.
Or it is hard to see the gold ring.
