Did you notice (at the time) that the things he said, how he chastised people for not appreciating their civic duties, and the questions he asked were unlike any other self proclaimed "time traveler" before or since?
The original forums are longgg gone but here's a link to about 80% of the posts… It would be fascinating if you recognize any of the questions as your own from back then.
