He is doing his part to combat the latest demoncrap plot to sabotage President Trump's upcoming election victory, claiming "Russian election interference".

The demoncraps realize they can't win, can't change candidates again, and can't cheat enough to steal the election like they did in 2020 - so their latest strategy is to refuse to certify President Trump's upcoming election victory. In other words, they will refuse to leave power after they lose the election.
