We have at least one nuclear power plant in Texas that was shutdown. No need to build a new one. Just turn it on.

Same in Tennessee. I had no idea it was there until I was joy riding in what I thought was the middle of nowhere, then BOOM, massive cooling towers. Turn it back on.

What were the circumstances of it being shut down? If it was an older one, it may need to be modernized with modern fail-safes or other newer technologies etc.

If it was just shut down for no actual reason, that's silly.
