That money was given to Somali invaders, all of it went to fake "foundations" and "outreach groups". The Somalis used it to buy votes, homes and cars, and sent a lot of the rest of the money to offshore accounts .

And the taxpayers of all the other states are on the hook for it.

Same happened in every blue state, hundreds of billions in COVID relief taxpayer money was spent on bribing non-whites for their votes.
