Lower the taxes if you make your product solely in USA, raise your taxes if you make it outside usa or inside USA if you use foreign workers. Also lower the corporate taxes if your company pays their executives no more than 5x the average US workers salary. Lower the taxes if your company offers full medical benefits and pensions to all workers in the company..
