Per the lists in the google doc, all the sealed cases are identified as "Sealed vs Sealed" along with a sequential case number. All the other information seen on the non-sealed cases has been wiped out on the sealed cases.
It appears that most districts allow you to see the upcoming cases using the Pacer portal. Cali and DC allow you to see them.
But how could they get the existence and case names of sealed cases? They are not available on the normal PACER federal court website.
