These are tunnels like that in Springfield Mo and Kansas City Mo. Just underground storage facilities. In that vid you'll notice a Sams truck entering at the end of the clip. Why would Sams be traveling all the way to Maine underground when there are perfectly good roads above ground. I think this is a lot of nothing.
