Your grammar is a bit on the bad side. I counted at least four mistakes which you might want to edit.

Regardless, I do agree with your statement. As chief of staff under President Ford, he was likely responsible for both assassination attempts against him. He is also responsible for the war in Panama, and Operation Desert Storm as well as being the co-mastermind behind 9-11 along with his boss, Bush Jr.
