Ok so mods are a little odd ie "chem trails" being verboten yet Weather manipulation via air deployed chemicals has been done since vietnam.

I have a question regarding the DNA and IQ study i poked and found the full text for free but do you know what the pop science article was referring to with intelligence and mental health?

Anecdotally those two havent really been linked in my mind/ experience
