While these polls are interesting, I'm not sure just how scientific they were. We would have to get into the granular structure of the polls (sampling size, sampling demographics, randomized participants, etc.) to know for sure.
But on the other hand, if they are really showing popularity of the candidates, that's good too, because Trump is clearly the popular choice.
Well, this just proves my point... any "poll" where respondents can self-select is not a scientific poll. But it could be taken as a popularity indicator.
