At first, Billy tried to skirt appearing, arguing through his lawyers that jurisdiction prohibited the Dutch judge from hearing the case ....However ..... He now has to appear in person, which of course is a humiliation in and of itself.
The same goes for Burla and all the merry robbers.
Special note: Mark Rutte, previously Prime Minister, now wanting to become to SG for NATO, has been, in addition to this case, been embroiled in another case, brought by Achboun, a Morroccan-Dutch Tax-lawyer, before the Belgian courts, trying to prohibit Rutte from attaining immunity by becoming SG. Rutte' s lawyer argued that he should not be barred from this position, as that would mean loss of income of 300K a year. This is BS, as he is allowed to receive a "wachtgeld" in the amount of the salary as a PM, which is at least 120K.
Special mention: in 1942, during the German occupation, this court at Leeuwarden put a stop to all too heavy penalties on getting by. The gist was: those penalties sought by the German occupation force were in violation of the The Hague landwar-orders and did not conform to the Dutch view on these matters. Because in February 42, a massive 1 million people strike had hit the economy, they were quite reluctant to make an issue of it.
So, sometimes, there are judges with a spine. Hopefully, this time around too.
It is about vaxx damage. I'll give you the link to the website with all the court-documents.
