First picture sows a woman wearing a pair that isn't the same as Kamala's earrings but hey, they are similar.

That said - is it possible that Kamala's are a custom job, or similar technology?
Consider what is at stake, and that they would got to any length to win. Of course it is possible. It's also possible that she simply wore an invisible earpiece.
