Considering what little shows from the surroundings, presumably those are from Haiti. Will not work as proof that it happens more often than that one case in the USA, just that in their home country some of them do it.
To most people the idea of them killing geese or other big birds from parks will probably be easier to believe as at least geese are also commonly hunted in most countries and generally seen as something suitable to eat.
Voodoo/vodou rituals - I don't know much about them, but animal sacrifices are sometimes included in the practices, although that is said to be rare, and then the animal is later cooked and eaten by the participants. What that woman did rather seems like that, but, since she did it alone, possibly for some sort of black magic version as she was alone, and presumably ate the animal raw? Besides, from what I have read, before an animal is sacrificed it is offered some special food, and if it eats it it is seen as it giving consent to being killed, if it doesn't it will not be sacrificed.
Yep. One thing to do might be to try and get some sort of statistics of pets disappearing in the area before the Haitians came, compared to how many have lost their pets after that. You should try to get proof. More than just one woman arrested because she was caught in the act. It's always better when you can support a claim - however plausible - with proof.
It came from a video posted by Stew Peters on X. If I remember right he posted the video of the guy in the blue shirt snapping the cat's neck (he did it in front of his daughter who was about 7 or 8 and she freaked out and ran off) and either he or someone else posted the other ones.
There's no way to check because the post has been removed from X.
I did save the videos but I haven't figured out how to post them.
Do you have sources for the smaller photos, bottom and along the sides.

If they do that in Haiti, they will do that here.
Happens in Europe now too: ENRICHING THE EUROPEAN CULINARY DINING EXPERIENCE (NSFW, NSFL)
