"What are the limits to the federal government's power?"
Mr. Yost, as a state government employee and specifically as ATTORNEY GENERAL, your lack of knowledge of the 10th Amendment of The Constitution of the United States is concerning. Ohio already has the power to say no. The limits of the federal government ARE ENUMERATED IN THE CONSTITUTION.
Tenth Amendment:
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
Please, Mr. Yost, show me where in the constitution it states that Ohio MUST BY LAW accept illegal immigrants? Fucking clown show.
