Yeah. I was able to confirm that the 2024 pictures were from September the 11th, but not the one from 2021. Thus why I just said "September".
The picture on the left is from 2021 and the pictures on the right are from 2024.

Note that they're in Shanksville because that is the nearest city to the crash of United flight 93 where the passengers were able to overcome the hijackers and bring down the flight.
“Shank” being a prison knife has got to be relevant to this somehow.
Shanksville is the nearest town to where United flight 93 went down because the passengers attacked the hijackers on 9/11.
Yes, I know. Could still be being used as a narrative point or comms based on when it’s being brought in to the story.
