It does seem to be the most genuine Biden has ever been in my recollection.
That said, this is still terrible optics for Dems. A lighthearted candidate/representative could get away with it (especially in the past). Tough with the Dem voting base that has been fed hatred for the past eight years, I just don't see how this could be a good thing for those TDS voters.
