• 63 rental properties
• 25 'rented cots' per home @ $250 PER COT
• 25 cots x $250.00 = $6,250 PER HOME, PER MONTH
• 63 homes x $6, 250 Cot rental per home = $393,750 in rent EACH MONTH

This assumes of course that he is filling all of those homes with that amount of people. But...

$393,750.00 per month! X 12 months = $4,725,000 per year!
