PETA is in on this. Heck, they are probably going to surrounding town, picking up strays, and then letting them loose in Springfield. Why waste a good opportunity to rile up the local citizens against the illegals. Its a twofer. One race relations go south and the locals look like racists and Secondly the illegals get to eat dogs and cats, thus PETA doesn't have to cope with feral animals. Plus cat tastes like chicken, just ask any Chinese restaurant. ;)
