In the 1910s John D. Rockefeller (both Jr. and Sr.) funded numerous efforts that eventually became Prohibition (through the 18th Amendment which he created through his agents and funding). This caused a huge increase in crime, because of course it did. You take away a person's beer, they will say "fuck you." It is inevitable, and was doomed to failure in every country it was tried (all funded by the same Cabal entities).

In 1925 (or 1926?), Rockefeller, through the Carnegie Corporation (or one of it's derivatives) did a major study on our system of laws, and how to reformulate our entire legal system in an effort to fix the rampant crime caused by Prohibition (which was 100% his baby).

In 1931 this study was repeated, using all the same people (plus or minus), but this time using Government funding instead of Carnegie Institute funding. The conclusions of this repeated study were identical to the original, but being on the public's dime, it made the results of the original Rockefeller study "legitimate." From the results of this study, the entire United States legal system was rebuilt. This includes:

• How police handle evidence.
• A series of books were written as a result of these efforts that are used as the primary interpretation of law (I don't remember the names of these books, but they are still used today). A lawyer, or judge, or whoever doesn't need to bother trying to interpret the laws themselves, they just need to look in these books, and all the interpretation is done for them.
• How we handle prisoners and our entire penal system (which is a monopoly)
• How we sentence
• How we fine
• How judgements are made
• How jurisdiction is handled,

Etc., etc. Everything was reformulated as a result of these Rockefeller controlled studies intending to solve the problems created by the Rockefeller controlled Prohibition.

In 1933, after he created our new legal system, Rockefeller wrote a letter stating that Prohibition wasn't working. Immediately afterwards we got the 21st Amendment repealing Prohibition.

It was also during this time that the FBI, and Hoover (who had numerous ties to Rockefeller) gained power. While the FBI was a Rockefeller enterprise from it's inception, Prohibition and the 1920s really solidified it as a powerful legal arm of the Cabal.

To say that the PTB are "above the law" misses the scope of the problem. They created the entire legal system. If a criminal has any influence on the judge, they can potentially get away with a crime. But what if the criminal tells ALL judges how to interpret the law? What if the criminal wrote the system of police protocols? Etc., etc.?

Of course this is just the tip of the iceberg. I suggest the vast (VAST) majority of people have no idea what the word "law" even means.
