This is all absolutely true. I learned all of this back in school for holistic health. Most of our presentations were from doctors who would give us a look behind the scenes at the coordination between doctors-insurance companies-and big pharma. We also learned that big pharma writes much of the curriculum our doctors learn in school which is why their only solution to a problem is to prescribe drugs. We also learned that the reason your doctor only spends less tham 15 minutes with you is because this is strictly controlled by the insurance companies. I stopped paying for insurance, and started seeking out doctors who don't accept insurance. These are the doctors who are truly free. Since covid, there are more of them out there than ever before. Before covid it was so hard for me to find doctors who exited the system like I did.
btw, doctors don't just get bonuses for the drugs they push (including vax), they get wined/dined, and paid for vacations, lots and lots of incentives. The doctors don't work for you, they work for the drug companies, and the entire shit show is regulated by the insurance companies, not any kind of government oversight. The government does what big pharma and insurance tell them, all at the expense of the people.
As hard as it sounds, the best thing you could ever do for you health is not participate in this system. There are alternatives. I have a health savings account that grew substantially since getting off insurance. All those monthly payments went directly into savings instead. Now I have some money to be picky about my health and wellness, and who I get help from. Keeping a healthy lifestyle keeps the doctor away, so that savings just continues to grow. You could alternatively join one of the small group options that also replace insurance. Sort of the same thing but on a smaller scale, without the corruption.
Find a doc that will ask you about your life style first and base the remaining diagnosis on your answer. They should strive to fix the problem before fix the symptoms with a pill.
Also in general, you are your own best physician.
Sorry for misunderstanding. Most people I talk to still support the system by seeing western doctors and paying for insurance. Drives me bonkers that people keep playing the game.

I won't even see MD's anymore. FMD's only. I absolutely refuse to participate in the western model of medicine.
what is FMD
Family Medical Doctor?
Yeah, I know all of this, you’re preaching to the choir. I just wanted some sauce to use on normies.

Totally understandable, it’s nice to see another like minded individual. 😁
