Most 3rd world people have no concept of consequences, they have children without the means to support them. Usually the “evil white people” comes to the rescue with food, medicine and shelter. So there are no consequences.
The very same “evil white people” tend to only have children once the parents are certain they can provide a decent life for their children. Career > saving > home > family.
The big question is, do we need more evil white people and less 3rd world parasites?

Should we stop the charity, so they learn the concept of consequences?
The globalists only want the low IQ to reproduce and to keep those programs running because it's how they make money. I wanted to have kids but never find the right guy. Actually I did when I was in my 20’s but he left me and we were really in love but I had a dream from God that he did pregnant a woman and two days after he wrote a letter saying goodbye after that couldnt find the right guy. So people like me tells young women to have as many babies they can. We need humans in this world, these evil crooks are killing us.

Regardless of how populated an area or country is the point Elon has made is that a collapsing birth rate is very dangerous to society as generational shift impacts different demographics and the younger generations are overwhelmed by aging generations being too much to take care of.
