RCV is an abomination on its face. Voting should be 1 voter, 1 vote, with equal weight to every vote. Ranked voting depends on a calculation involving the weight of each vote, and that means calculations that WE THE PEOPLE are not able to see, creating another avenue to cheat behind the scenes like mail in ballots.
Right, and some votes are then counted twice when the votes for a candidate that has been dropped get shared to a higher ranking candidate. Totally not one person, one vote.
This is like a bad roommate. Once it's in, getting rid of it will be very difficult.
