Images taken of the fire in La Porte shows an extremely large jet of fire forcing into the sky, bringing thick black smoke with it.
Meh. I used to live on that side of town. That stuff just happens.

Small world...we were just there last Saturday.
That side of town is loaded with chemical plants, refineries, and pipelines along the Houston Ship Channel and on the coast of Galveston Bay. I grew up surrounded by it.
