I have a "well." Does that mean I have fluoride in my water?

I do use a filter, but I don't think it's good enough to catch this if it does.

Maybe. Fluoride is naturally occurring, but not likely in any amounts that governments added to water. Also I think the type of fluoride matters, aka "sodium fluoride".

When it doubt, filter (RO) or even better - distill.
