IIRC wasn't Agenda 2030 rolled forward from 2025. The timeline for everything published around SPARS, John Hopkins etc all fits with 2025. People still to this day are blithely ignorant of the significance of what was achieved in 2016, indeed that we wouldn't even be here typing this now.
