The last date I see here is July 22nd and it mentions nothing about a NDA military or otherwise. July 22, 2024 2nd Petition for a Hearing DENIED (Raland is only allowed two petitions for this case.)

Generally, that's what NDA's do. Keeps 'things' from being mentioned or discussed, especially on social media.
