It's bullshit.

Brunson case we know about is dead.

There is another Brunson, nothing to do with 2020 vote Brunson case, and maybe that one is still open, but I doubt it.

SCOTUS starts its 2024-2025 session in October, but has a meeting 9/30/2024.

There is no "extended session" from what I can see.
