I think every US Presidency since Reagan has been fixed. Trump just found a way around the cheating somehow (Grace of God is my opinion, but many have others).

Of course, there was a LOAD of fuckery before Reagan too ... it just seems like their most recent plan to take over the world kicked into higher gear when HW Bush was POTUS. Reagan scared the shit out of them so badly that they tried to kill him shortly after he won!!!
