Why? The muppets won't believe anything from him or Russia while the satanists control the MSM. The story & information will be buried.

In true russian strategic thinking, he will release the information when it can do maximum impact, i.e. AFTER the defeat of the satanists. When it is time for the (overt) trials. Not before.
