My life-long sinus issues completely disappeared after I changed my diet and lost weight last year, at age 56. I’m am assuming due to less inflammation.
do you eat peanuts or veggies? Check out oxalate high food..it could have something to do with that. Sneezing, like cold, is actually a way for your body to detox so maybe there are some remnants from past diet that your body is still trying to get rid of.
yep.. you should check out Homesteadhow channel on YT for some weekly motivation too. It's a big keto carnivore community out there and u can tell how awake and clear headed they are. if more Americans change their diet this way, mental illness will also be eliminated in half. Big pharma would hate that very much.
just go keto carnivore..
Look at this 83 y.o rancher, Maggie, ..don't we all wanna be like her?

that's right..i forgot how much I was sneezing in my 20s and 30s and now I only sneeze when I'm crying! Amazing
I read somewhere that has to do with oxalate build up
My sinus issues are still there.
I have tried everything including surgery.
I started to realize when I leave the state I don't have sinus issues anymore.
The girl I work with has the same issues and when she leaves the state she doesn't have sinus issues.

I feel so good. I do 20g of carbs a day.
I am over 65 and I am as thin as my 20's.
I work out at the gym, walk daily and ride my bike.
For five years I kept gaining weight but not eating a lot. Nothing worked.
This did.
