FAA seems to also have TDS. Much of this harassment started after X moved toward a “free speech” platform not controlled by the government and Elon came out in support of Trump in the 2024 election.

Wouldn't be surprised if it was coming from Serco...who just so happens to control 64 air traffic control towers in the US and a long list of other things in conjunction with, the keystone, SES.
