Good thing I gave up my horrible decades habit 7.5 years ago. It’s bad when you are addicted but my body is so much better without that poison. Tried to take a sip a few years ago and had to spit it out. It tasted like chemical poison. Amazing how the brain gets “trained” by what we injest.
