Crazy. 4 hours.

This is why I stopped using a lot of products, aluminium is in everything, deodorant, shampoos, soap etc.

Everyone here needs to be mindful of the ingredients in EVERYTHING they buy.

I have found a great app for learning which foods and products are good or bad. It's called YUKA.
