Only tangentially related, but what the Jackson parents did to Michael when he was a kid was borderline criminal, and messed him up for life.

He never got to have a real childhood, and spent the rest of his days trying to get it back.

And then the music industry repeatedly threw him under the bus to protect their own actual pedo asses.
