I've spilled a drink on myself like that too...but he doesn't get the benefit of the doubt.

Hell, so many times I've had assholes tip my elbow up as I'm drinking to MAKE it spill on me. True story.

This is one reason I don't understand why so many people say, in apparent complete seriousness, that drinking through a straw is gay.
