That is so true. VP Nominee JD Vance got dinged by the media for saying that the price of eggs was above $4 when the price behind him was $2.99. But his point remains valid despite what the media says.
I shop at Publix for their buy one get one free. You don't have to actually buy 2. You can buy 1 at half price. You can also buy multiples. Publix is a good company to work for too. Often everything I buy from them is BOGO, but always the majority. Its also the closest store on the bus except for Target which is within walking distance, but I don't shop at Target, they are too with the PRIDE bullshit and indoctrinating children. Selling "Tucking" Underwear to little boys. That is messed up!
Not so in the Bismarck/Mandan, ND area. Both stores do have to buy at least three to get the discount on three on some items. At one store, it is buy two 12 packs of soda pop at the regular price and get one free. Not a good deal as one needs to spend $9.00 on two packs in order to get the free item. The other store has three 12 packs at $5.99 each, but you have to get the three 12 packs of soda pop.
