Are you saying black minority communities are not given aid after a natural disaster?

They are and they should be because it is also racist if any race is not given aid. It is Kamala saying that black people are not getting aid. I should clarify my statement, because I believe Kamala is saying that black people should get aid regardless of the disaster status.
