In Orlando Zillow Lists rooms as high as 2k a month. Nashville has several over that price, the highest is 5,000. Craigs List shows 24 1000 a month and up for Nashville. Orlando shows 64 on Craigslist. Nashville has a lot of AirBnB cutting into room rentals for residents.
