Heart disease is the No. 1 killer of Americans. However, having high LDL-C cholesterol levels doesn’t always lead to heart disease, a South Florida cardiac specialist has discovered.

Definitely watch the first 10 mins at least, but Triglyceride to HDL ratio is explain at around 8:30
